This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Aristocats. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

2.Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items include perishable goods, newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable items, and sale or discounted products, except where prohibited by law.

3.Return Authorization

To initiate a return, contact us at community@aristocats.live before sending your item. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Do not send items to the manufacturer.

4.Refund Review & Approval

All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny or partially approve refunds for items not in original condition or returned outside the allowed timeframe.

5.Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times vary by financial institution. Aristocats is not responsible for bank or processor delays

6.Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund, please check with your bank or card issuer. If the issue persists, contact community@aristocats.live.

7.Exchanges

Exchanges are only provided for defective or damaged items. Requests must be approved prior to return. Exchanges for preference or sizing are not offered.

8.Gifts

Gift-marked items shipped directly to recipients may receive store credit. Otherwise, refunds are issued to the original purchaser.

9.Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Trackable shipping is recommended for items over $75.

10.Limitation of Liability

Aristocats is not liable for lost return shipments, processing delays, or non-compliant returns to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11.Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates apply to future orders only
